      the reason most don't STAY in STEM is because of racism, sexism, go down list. It's like they don't even listen to the what is being said.

      Right, I started in Physics, but not only was I one of three women in the classes, I was the only black person. I saw the issues early on

      and switched to Computer Science. Then, I discovered a whole other level of discrimination when dealing with WP in the work force.

          Strangely enough, I was fine in college. In the workplace not so much, the biggest problems came from arrogant white women.
