And unfortunately Zuleyka's expertise wasn't listened to until we pushed very hard in public domain. Diversity not considered as priority!

If Zuleyka did not volunteer to be an organiser, the only way to have this convo is in public sphere. This is not a problem. MFS listened.

Have you asked why we didn't volunteer? Because it was opaque, hostile and dishonest. We were more effective working from the outside
