Haha not too bad :) with the new kiddo, we both just want to settle down some where and enjoy life

I think I have a weird internalised issue where I never want to 'prove people right' by doing what's expected of women

Would make it difficult me scale back and allow my partner to do the careering. But then I have no kids, I'm sure ot changes a lot!

Kiddo definitely does. Prior to procreating long distance would likely still be a valid option so we could both do what's best for career

What I'm getting from this is that we all have different situations and solutions and we are all figuring it out and killing it

Maybe we all have different definitions of "killing it" cause I'm not always feeling that

Partner moved for me this time and found fulfilling career... would have to move again for me to continue my career & I'm not sold on idea+

But also makes me feel like I'm not trying I hate adulting
