But they do call you Dr, or Sir, not overwhelmingly by your first name? Women are not called by title; referred diff than male colleagues

yes I absolutely recognise the difference..I make an effort to be referred to by first name, to ~reduce authority colleagues aren't granted

yes I don't think I've ever heard a student use that title. But respect for me and disrespect for colleagues not male &/or white a constant.
