Peruvian soup called Sopa a la Minuta. Minced beef, potatoes, angel hair pasta, onion, garlic, spices. YUM Me: adds lemon.

I would think it would totally fly in Polish culture to put lemon or vinegar on it. seem partial to 'tart' dishes 'tartness'
