Peruvian soup called Sopa a la Minuta. Minced beef, potatoes, angel hair pasta, onion, garlic, spices. YUM Me: adds lemon.

yes to the thick chicken soup! I have never seen it with rice, but homemade noodle is what my grandma and mom did/do.
