I would think it would totally fly in Polish culture to put lemon or vinegar on it. seem partial to 'tart' dishes 'tartness'
I like it! But guess what I don't like? I don't like sweet and sour. I like savoury and sour only.

i am more a fan of the alcohol + single beverage with a lemon, lime, other zest or olive twist and garnish.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage wise, yes - partial to lemon & lime! I make home-made lemonade regularly.

Now grapefruit - hold UP! I do not love but it's ok. There's a fruit that's like an orange but more lemon. I hate that.

LOL. Methinks grapefruit is good in drinks in really warm weather only IMHO. where does that other fruit come from?
