For valid reasons scientists may not want to be identified - fine! But then they can't be your diversity reps.

it wasn't clear to me that question was re our diversity team, it appeared to be about our "leadership team".

Diversity was not part of leadership at my local one. I voiced this concern of it being siloed at the very beginning.
