I did study spatial dynamics! :) that photo is amazing! i have seen them drink from puddles before but not bird feeder :D
reading the article further I am curious to learn more and see how they compare it to areas without the water stations
to many people's surprise they do actually spend a lot of time on the ground at night, or at least certain individuals do
they are completely crazy at night, like another animal altogether, they also run, "fast". think wombat with longer legs. :D

i wonder how they know the koala is drinking/drank rather than just floating its head in the water, in that pic hard to tell
also wrt spatial dynamics if we set up artificial H2O points what could that do to distribution / other threats? cats 4 eg.
