So, I want to say that I am acutely aware I am not the best qualified or experienced 1/

2/ to help March on diversity &inclusion (perhaps better qualified 2 help w/ social media)

3/ because I am a) a white woman and b) I have no pro expertise in diversity & inclusion.

4/ but I agreed b/c I am willing & able & committed to elevating the interests of URMs and
