Nope, don't do that. URMs have said "hey we'll help" & been pushed away. This isn't just organizational chaos

I agree with you, I'm not minimizing the original issues, simply noting that they're probably also in over heads.

That's why they need to bring in the experts. :) They should have acted sooner, that's the problem. There's hope yet!

Could, but that's asking URMs to give w/o getting credit; it's not really a fair trade

A lot of POC & other minorities have all come to the same conclusion: hoarding of CV points

but in this sort of exchange, you get expertise by giving the experts public credit
