The high level of secrecy and lack of clarity on diversity at #ScienceMarch is perplexing. Science is about transparency.

I'm so disappointed it's gone this way too. It's such an important thing to happen and be done RIGHT.
Too important! Intersectionality on all fronts from start. Idea that disability can be thought about later is wildly misguided.
