They say they have a diversity team but haven't named them. Their diversity statement keeps being shaped by minorities' criticism

I am so confused by every choice that's been made here.

I'm keeping the faith. But if you look at comments on their diversity threads, which are unmoderated - filled with veiled hatred.

I'm still trying to give them the time they've asked for. But I'm beginning to think my activism is better spent elsewhere.

...the local marches didn't follow the same spirit & esp hurt WWD & transgender women. That's the model to learn from

I was lucky. My local women's march went beyond and explicitly included disabilities + trans + sex workers.

Which was why I was hoping Cinci's science march would follow suit!
