It's about raising awareness and showing up. It's the job of organisers to get public engaged.

Exactly! Most of us discussing inclusion have a lot of effective practice at getting people engaged.

Yes! Don't reinvent the wheel! They ask for volunteers but why sign up if their mission on inclusion is afterthought?
