would be great if we could have learning experiences to better lead these workshops to avoid some pts you raise below.

Hi. What do you mean about having learning experiences? My pt is that learning should not come at expense of #POC's safety.

I am asking about ways to do things better & have experienced/can see the pts you raise below do happen in meetings etc.

Have you approached your head of school or equity department for some money for expert training? Always worthwhile asking

not my department as here in France I don't think that is even acknowledged... but I have thought about asking my society.

Another one is Nature - they showed prof societies that have equity & diversity committees have greater gender balance.
