Hi. What do you mean about having learning experiences? My pt is that learning should not come at expense of #POC's safety.

I am asking about ways to do things better & have experienced/can see the pts you raise below do happen in meetings etc.

There's usually $ for this type of training set aside, especially if you make a formal written request with clear rationale
