@lewti Here's a serious question: do you say hi to people when you walk down the street? I do sometimes (or smile) especially close to home.

@OtherSociology Yes! I do! If less people in street. Also a bit generation dependent. Never sense that 18 year olds are keen on it! -
@lewti Hmmm. Now that I think about it I'm especially likely to say hi to elderly people. That's probably cultural & generational for me. -
