My final public comment about the fb group: I think on some level we all have to accept/respect that the mods had a way they wanted convo...

...to happen, and ultimately it's their group because they are admining it.

I do hope that people recognize there are many spaces where these convos are happening and have been happening for decades.

Most of the people involved in those discussions are not actively involved in that group.

So if you feel like you want to try out other venues you have options & there's no reason to pressure admins to make the group a certain way

And I'm saying this on Twitter because I think it's most respectful of where the admins are with this discussion w/i group
