@OtherSociology b/c at least in the US, anti-vax tends to be a position of privilege, and not a minority community issue?
@rocza All those issues also involve high proportion of White people - they are just not punished for these behaviours.

@rocza How do you see these laws being conceived in a way that ONLY targets White people when the entire justice system is racist? -
@OtherSociology Again, I'm not talking about the criminal system, & I would NEVER advocate for targetting anyone by skin colour. -
@OtherSociology I'm all for hearing other people's ideas on how to counteract anti-vax beliefs, but "reasoning" & "education" has failed. -
@rocza Vaccination was socialised to begin with - it didn't happen naturally. It can be socialised again through stronger education & policy -
@OtherSociology That is very likely possible in Australia. I do not believe it's possible in America.
