And to call it the "Science of" is heresy. There was ZERO reference to science. I am ashamed that he used the word sociology.

@OtherSociology I mean, I've had professors who wore Marxist Sociology shirts, but I'm uncertain how else clothes tell us about sociology.
@Doctor_Michaela I'm down for the sociology of clothes, but other way round as the author uses it shows they don't understand sociology!
