I agree, but I like that the only normal person who offers him help basically suggests to go see a psychiatrist. But they've all had their funding cut. Also, the phone never stops ringing in the psychiatrists scenes, showing people are begging for help and not receiving it.
If this gobledigook sounded like gobledigook, it's because it is. People like Dr Zuleyka make a living writing purposefully dense and illegible pieces like this in order to hide their simplistic and reductive worldview.
