Naomi Williams presented to Tumut Hospital 18 times in the months before her death.
On 1 Jan 2016, Naomi Williams, 6 months pregnant, went to hospital in severe pain. Staff gave her paracetamol and ice, then sent her home. She died 15 hours later of meningococcal and septicaemia.
