Q: apart from shutting up & listening, what can White women do to help? Dr Cooper: 1) Stop voting for conservatives 2) Raise your kids to not be racist & sexist 3) Talk to other White women who have problematic attitudes

Q from a Black woman: what can Black people do to speak up when they are often the only Black person in the room as that is the reality in Australia? Dr Cooper: you don't have to fight every time, that's why she's asking White people to do The Work. Focus on building instead 1/2
