Good piece! It’s also important that we extend the notion of gender
#equity to include non-binary, trans, and genderqueer individuals. Gender equity can’t fully occur until we have a more adequate spectrum at the table.
Thanks for reading. Agreed and I've made this point in the post, which talks about cisgender Whiteness. But what you've written here once again removes race from gender equity. Post discusses how race is often excluded from gender equity discussions among gender minorities.
