As always, @Twitter protecting racist, sexist, ableist & generally abusive accounts. I reported this troll on my post including some of the following comments from the past 24 hours. @TwitterSafety says the account, exclusively targeting abuse, is fine.

I liked the model Patreon has installed - they have a security team of people who review. They represent 10% of Patreon workforce. They've driven away the biggest White supremacist accounts. Change is possible. But only when Twitter stops seeing Nazis as part of their business
