It's always a sight to behold, White women co-opting the hard work of #WoC - monetising hashtags they didn't suffer for; giving speeches that whitewash racial justice, to serve narrow gender ambitions; pretending to care about inclusion but lifting up only other White women.

When it comes time to pay #WoC for our ideas, to hire us to get the job done, to promote us for our bravery - White women get offended. They refuse to pay us our worth. But they happily fork out cash to have other White women tell them what we already told them
