and sometimes pursuing work/knowledge that our family/relatives or local communities don’t support, let alone promote.
It would be really helpful if White people took even a moment to consider the courage, resilience and patience it takes for #WOC to share our knowledge and experiences on social media.
We face much public harassment and on top of that have colleagues disrespecting our expertise.
