White people maintain their interests daily in many small ways. Trying to squash critical thinking on inequality is one way to do this. You say you want to focus on "the positive." You're actually saying you don't want to think about how you benefit from the status quo.

Someone said studying these systems doesn't prepare young people well. Most students are ill prepared to discuss ideas, and it's not a lucrative field. However, I notice the people most outspoken against are white people who benefit from these systems, even white feminist women
