I was given instructions to contact YouTube through "Email Support" but the directions did not lead to that option.
@TeamYouTube The glitch I'm experiencing is Step 1 of the Monetization process. Every time I fill it out, the window disappears and I have to do Step 1 all over again. I've reported it countless times on your feedback tool, but I haven't received a response.pic.twitter.com/RoSuSb21LT
