@danbanik I have experienced many of the issues that u are mentioning in this article during my field research in Colombia. There is little or no knowledge about the SDGs in subnational levels and the opportunities to improve their policy making and implementation are huge.
In our work, we are increasingly finding that the politics underlying the #SDGs is often neglected in favor of technocratic routines related to data collection and reporting.
