With a clear sat pass today, some additional clarity can be given to the Ukrainian OTR-21 Tochka-U strike on a Russian munitions dump in Krasny Luch. The entire structure housing the Russian munitions dump is gone, and the surrounding neighborhood has been heavily damaged.
