Apple store: If you want your phone fixed you’re going to have to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance, then wait in line 20 min to check in/hand off your phone, then wait 3 hours while we fix the phones of everyone who didn’t make an appointment first. Next phone Samsung?

Have a samsung s7, no issues so far! It replaced my s4 which was also pretty solid.
Love my Note 8! :) @xfinitymobile was practically giving them away if you sign up for their mobile service which is pretty good so far!
