If you are a person who reviews applications, ask your recruiter to remove the applicant's name and address from their resume/portfolio/etc until you've already

You'd be surprised how much bias you are suceptible to by simply reading a name/address
I don't understand why people put their address on their resume. We don't need that information until you're filling out the paperwork on your 1st day. (Coming from a place where relocation is common - City/State is the nice to have) The names should be hidden though, I agree!
