When I own a restaurant, I'm going to have a pdf menu accessible online. The first pdf will be the story of "how we started" and then it will have links to other pdfs broken down by appetizers, entrees, desserts, wine and beer. And I'll send you the link to that.
Fun fact. If you own a restaurant, and you have a website, all I care about is your menu. Please make it easy to see your menu. Bonus points if I don't *have* to download a PDF.
