It's hard to ask people to relocate. It's a huge deal and you're impacting families; whole lives. Companies asking me to relocate to WA or TX or NC is a huge deal. More money and pretty interesting work just isn't enough. This is why when people tell me no relo, I understand.
The government also gets 40% of the reimbursement now, so they can also be expensive. #ThingsILearnedThisYear
