You can still show the latest thing in the pull down menu, I just don't want you covering my game with my group chats stupid spam. :-P

@Android I want a way to set a cool down on notifications from the same app. If I'm actively swiping them away it's probably fair to assume I don't need one for every message that comes in. Like don't show the toast if I saw one in the last x seconds.
