I assume (and hope) that Blizzard takes notes from HSC and makes some changes to the patch accordingly before it drops, so let's not panic yet. Panic is very allowed if they don't address how weak Terran is and how good Zerg is vs both races though.

Yeah, I agree that pre-patch bio is already struggling. Mech is pretty solid, but with the nerf to raven in the patch and some of the other changes, it's going to be very rough. Something has to be done. Even something like changing marauder back to being 1 attack would help some
Marauder buff would break tvp. Queen AA range should be lower, ultras should cost more and Hydra bane is just too strong. Hydra bane beats mech lol

Ultra costing more is an interesting proposal. Worth testing. Marauder buff would fix this issue though IMO, and would go a long way towards helping vs new blinkstalkers. What makes you think that buffing the marauders to their old state would break it vs P?

Doomdrops with Lib support are very hard to break already. would make it alot harder for sure. Toss Just needs chrono nerf for now.
