Clearly a case of mystery. Are you using Spotify in your browser? Does OBS pick up other sound from your browser?
OBS picks up all audio besides spotify, spotify has no output options and i am hearing the music through my headphones. ideas?

Yeah ofcourse, picks up all sound besides spotify sc2, youtube videos etc all work fine just not spotify.
