      It's much easier to hype & promote an event with set players and you are likely to get more games w/ the players who bring in lots of views

      This is true, but not my issue. Players have been extra flaky (a lot signing up -> never checking in) the last 2 months Value reliability

      Signing up but not checking in is perfectly fine. Thats what checkin is for. You can shorten checkin or punish checked in players for 1/2

      I feel like extending check in time window would help alot. Usually irs 30m and sometimes i check in last 2m due to dinner etc.
