Adept damage + 1 please so Protoss can actually handle Terran.
While we're at it lets give phoenix a slight movement speed increase. Its unfair that medivacs can escape from them tbh.

I'm ok with either that or make medivac speed boost act like stim since that's what it is. Take away some of its health for it.
