yes. Cheaters shouldn't get second chances. No exceptions.
I think it depends. Cheaters who admit they were wrong and since then have been legit is something else in my opinion.

nah I'm not in that camp. Ban them all forever. We can agree to disagree tho.

In every sport or competition it works this way. Lifetime bans are what scare people away from cheating.
