What this game is missing are mini mobile bases and random resource drops. And building walls and stairs.

I actually kinda wish that units would level up if they survive, not exactly hero strength but the way red alert used to do it, you gain some ranks and they become more powerful, would create really funny story lines and epic micro, just a boost if they survive battles/get kills

Imagine Jimmy, the 15 kill marine from the initial double medivac harass that you didn't manage to kill 1shotting lings and going 1 on 1 vs ultras in the late game
