This would've been a great initiative while the US was there and they had better protection and could've gotten out. I'm sure some have but now that the taliban have mostly unchallenged control, I don't see why they'd let their slaves just up and leave and It's bloody horrifying

Well, *supposedly* we've been helping. UGH. I'm hoping that organizations will continue to do work there, and that we can maybe make some small steps going forward to help the people there who would prefer not to return to the Middle Ages. This is just so awful all around.
