2019 was an amazing year for , we did so much, but we barely scratched 160k or our 300k goal. We have already began examining funding options for 2020 and beyond I really hope that you see value in the work that we do, and the freedom we have.

Very excited about this release, it lays a lot of ground work I've been excited for all year. IMO easy management of multiple profiles is a crucial aspect of robust mature identity management, none of the last decade's social collapse of single sign on and identity for all things

We have a whiteboard full of ideas for the direction of Cwtch, how the UX should be shaped, plans for focus groups with communities next year (more on that to come), tackling questions around financial censorship and finally delivering on the promise of a metadata resistant apps!

2019 has been a year of moving Cwtch from a prototype command line application to an app that works across Windows, Linux and Android. It's a year of many backend changes, protocol discussions and other"invisible" work. We're excited to build on all that work in 2020.

ICYMI, on Friday we published the response we received from regarding the initial handling of our disclosure of critical breaches of patient privacy. We were told that the initial investigation had found the systems "secure". The emails tell a different story:

"details as to the paging systems....were nebulous"

Despite the 369 pages of internal emails and documents, we still don't have a complete picture of how this "investigation" happened. There are only a handful of documents dated prior to August 2019. The most recent one dated December 3rd speaks for itself:

Thanks to our FoI request, We now know the scope of this initial investigation was very limited, and I think this raises very important questions about our expectations of public authorities when it comes to investigating breaches.
