I note that his Twitter promotes, "How to feel better about everything." How do I feel better about the sudden, violent death of my best friend?

Have you read any of his material? Because he talks about those types of situations quite a bit.
-
Though, truly, I'm not really looking to "feel better." It's a strange idea to me.
-
So would you say that your question was actually more of a criticism or position statement than a question?
-
No, it was a real question. Don't put fucking words in my mouth, man.
-
Just checking. After you deleted your other tweet in this thread I wasn’t sure. Anyway, that exact question has been the basis of a long term discussion the two of us have been having. (i.e. is it about changing feelings or accepting feelings). He has useful things to say @ it.
-
So, can he tell me how to feel good about the sudden, violent death of my best friend, or not?
-
I will definitely ask him something along those lines. And my sincere condolences on the loss of your friend. That sucks.

Thank you, sir. I will look at this soon. Feel free to send dense material as well. That is the good stuff.

Dig into the book Hardwiring Happiness for a deeper dive into what he’s teaching. Interesting stuff. (And check out the name of the book editor, too
.) -
I see. Nice. I'm reading it now.
