Many of my friends’ and former gfs parents tend to dislike me. It’s not that I ever did anything bad to them or their kids. I think they just sense that I’m a bad influence. Which is accurate, if the goal is for their kids to follow the rules & paint within the lines.

Do you have any writings on metabolizing the dislike and maintaining wakefulness? Seems an underserved topic for instructors. Would love to work on this

No, but it’s a good idea for a subject to write about. The basic idea is that it’s a form of trigger practice.

Or to podcast about! It’s a hugely useful and under developed subject to explore. I often faced a similar challenge in the practice of law, and lawyers definitely don’t have any tools to manage the transferance.
