Had a sudden epiphany about my recurrent aversion to sitting practice: I already sit too much for work, gaming etc. - body just wants to move.

Totally agree with this. We sit way too much already. Do walking meditation. Do ritual dance like the Ngakpa Lamas of Nepal.
