I'm really excited for when we will be able to make programmatic meditations that play in certain contexts. I would love some good guidance just before and during the process of waking up each day.

The good news is that Deconstructing Yourself isn’t ASMR-y because it’s just too interesting, but you totally have an ASMR voice.
