With the fuel scarcity, "sabotage" was not an acceptable excuse to me under Jonathan and I will also not accept it under Buhari.

As we await, we have dishonorable characterless individuals looking to excuse this unforgivable incompetence while other clowns are celebrating because "I told you so" will fill their fuel tanks. Forgetting their Lord Jonathan had 5 years to solve same and failed woefully.
