With the fuel scarcity, "sabotage" was not an acceptable excuse to me under Jonathan and I will also not accept it under Buhari.

The Refineries were to be sold by December 2015 and were to be up and running in 18 months. With massive depots built around the country. Thereby saving dollars, eliminating scarcity, possibly reducing price and getting majority of those tankers out of Lagos!

Everyone knew that. The commenters on instantblog9ja knew that, Even Dalung knew the solution. Ahmed Joda already had it in the transition report. Kachiukwu had emphasised it during his confirmation.

But Buhari is a genius. He knew better than everyone. After all he was Petroleum Minister 40 years earlier. So he ordered the Refineries to work. Squandering billions of money that wasn't his in the process.

36 months later, we are back to square one. Waiting for Dangote's refinery. Because, Dangote is always the answer.

As we await, we have dishonorable characterless individuals looking to excuse this unforgivable incompetence while other clowns are celebrating because "I told you so" will fill their fuel tanks. Forgetting their Lord Jonathan had 5 years to solve same and failed woefully.

As for me, it is definitely unto the next. Incompetence should never be rewarded.
